How Can severe Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
I am having abdominal pain in my stomach. I went to to the doctor and he prescribed some medication, but its not working. I had a biopsy done last June, but it came back okay. I am afraid I have stomach cancer. Its really stressing me out. I feel like I am losing weight. Please advise....l

Hi,
First get a ultrasound abdomen done to rule out the cause of abdominal pain. Stomach cancer can also be detected if present.
In the meanwhile take a antispasmodic medication with Pantoprazole.
The further treatment will be as per ultrasound report.
